This cabin is only open at the weekend on top of a mountain just north west of the center of the range. I don't quite get the alternate name, aoegatake sansou, but it has a link to an English price list, lots of pictures and a very friendly looking site. - Miyama sansou

Camping seems to be forbidden in the Tanzawa range, even next to the mountain huts where you are normally allowed to camp.
